If you have cached ores, it's highly recommended to delete your cache file and reopen the game then rerun the command
+ added config to disable smelting recipes auto added by the mod
~ tweaked how /dynaores cacheOres command stores data, fixing issue with ores not being able to be smelted in some cases, as well as adding a fallback method so ores are smeltable even if the cache does not contain ingot items
