New soil behavior to match Dynamic trees updates.
TFC soils should be acceptable to trees that like dirt, and TFC trees should plant on dirt from vanilla and other mods.
Rooty soil blocks will still look like andesite, but will turn into the right dirt when the tree is chopped.
