A mod that adds to the player experience by affecting the players play style using classes called derps. derps (Dynamically Extended RPG Paths) can be a character, race, profession, faith, element affinity and so on and provides positive and or negative effects it also provides active abilities and passive abilities and generally just affect how the player is able to play the game. The effects can be further modified by the skill tree that is provided with the derp and by meeting certain conditions these effects, and abilities can be obtained, but there can also be tradeoffs depending on the DAT(The option in the skill tree that provides the effects).

What are abilities?:

Passive: waits for some condition to have a response example: "Bad Luck: on receiving damage the attacker has 50% chance of receiving double that damage"

Active: An ability activated upon pressing a certain key they chose example: "Overheat: When pressing (keybind) all stats are increased for 60 seconds followed by a decrease in stats for 60 seconds. Cooldown: 2 minutes"
