+ Config: Require at least one level of Spin Attack to use Super Spin Attack via skill item

- Sword Beam can strike multiple opponents at max level

- Finally able to hit things fairly reliably with Back Slice
- Unable to use Super Spin Attack from skill items unless you also have Spin Attack
- Sword Beam could not hit targets very close to the player
- Fixed attacks adding to combo when not locked on
- Ending Blow HUD overlay continued to display after a miss
