🌍 Multilingual Speech Banks

• Speech banks now automatically match the player's client language — no config file changes needed.

• Auto language detection — Speech banks load based on the client's game language (ru_RU → Russian, zh_CN → Chinese, others → English)
• Live language switching — Change language mid-game and NPC Speechbanks text update instantly, no restart required
• Removed language config option — No longer needed, everything is automatic

📝 Content

• Fixed spelling errors for some words in en_US.lang.
• Revised and supplemented the English speechbank based on the original Russian text. Russian is the original language of the mod; the Russian text adheres more closely to the Dwarven-Realm lore, offering greater detail regarding the Dwarves of the Red Mountains and the Wind Mountains, as well as background information and lore concerning the corruption of the Wind Mountains Dwarves.
• Added Chinese speech bank files covering all NPC types, and revised based on original Russian text.
