Fixed
- Carrying the same damageable item in both the main hand and offhand no longer floods chat with repeated alerts; each hand is tracked independently.
- The low-durability screen flash on NeoForge no longer renders as a solid opaque overlay; it shows the intended brief translucent pulse.
