Either Trade Repair Services with Villagers and/or have Villagers repair your gear!

Description

 

Adds a Repair Service Item to set villager trades.

 

 

When purchased, this item will instantly repair an equipped item.  If you currently aren't equipped with a damaged item, you'll be refunded the cost.

 

SPECIAL NOTE:  Buying this trade DOES NOT give the Villager Experience to prevent exploiting the refund.

 

Villagers can also be set to give players a Friendly Repair if they see you're in need by walking up to you and doing a quick repair. This will "Weaken" the villager for a short time preventing them from doing another Friendly Repair (Set to 3 min in the Config) 1.0.2 adds the ability to clear the weakened effect if you give the villager an Iron Ingot (By Default)

 

This mod is VERY Configurable inside the config file.

 

Options such as...

  • What Professions offer Repair Services and Friendly Repairs
  • Profession Level Settings
  • Cost of Repair Services (Including which item is required)
  • Amount of Repair Services Available per day
  • Cooldowns between Friendly Repairs
  • Amount of Durability Repaired.

 

UPDATE 1.0.1

  • Added new FULL REPAIR SERVICE ITEM (Complete with config options) which will 100% repair a Random Equipped Item.
  • Added the ability to set a specific Trade Item needed to purchase Repair Services in the Config File.

 

UPDATE 1.0.2

  • Added the ability to Repair a set Anvil Block by Crouch + Clicking the Anvil with an Iron Ingot.  (Can be disabled in the config) Fixed in 1.0.3
  • You can now set Repair Values to a Percentage of the Items MAX DURABILITY in the Config Options.
  • You can now set Friendly Repairs to priorities the item in your MAIN HAND before repairing other items. 
  • Added Config options to allow you to RESET the cooldown on a Villagers Friendly Repair Service by handing the Villager a specific item (Crouch + Click Villager).  Set to Iron Ingot by Default!

 

UPDATE 1.0.3

  • FIXED Anvil Repairs.  They Should now work properly!
  • Changed Config Defaults to repair 20% of the Tools MAX DURABILITY.  This change should not affect clients which had version 1.0.2.  Only new installs!  If you already have a Durabuilt Config on your client, you'll either have to manually update the config or simply delete the config and restart your client to generate a brand new config with default options...  if you want this change!

 

UPDATE 1.0.4

  • Added Lapis Ingot (Smelt a Lapis Block to craft)

This new ingot when used to repair an item will replenish the items "Enchantability", drastically reducing the Enchantment and Repair costs of the item.

  • Added Config Option to set Lapis Ingot's repair amount (Default 25% of the items MAX Durability)

 

 

With the new Lapis Ingot added in 1.0.4, you can now reset the Enchantment Costs for an item!
