small bugfix

New:

• changed weight system to debuff system that happens after reaching 50% weight limit
• new command for xp multiplier
• heavy effect in progress (you get slipperiness, slowness and weakened jump when applied depending on level
• naming system is finished, now when one chooses a character, no one else can choose that full name again. in creation its still buggy but it wont let you proceed unless the name isnt taken.

Fixed:

• updated mod icon for modmenu
• fixed config files
• removed unused usedNames file from configs
• bug where players with no characters crash due to weight system STR check
• bug where not all weights are synced properly between the server and client
• bug where some ui are still visable in F1
• netherite items weights are now initialized due to a bug where it wont calculate their weight.
