Dungeon Now Loading Tricky Trials Port

The Temple of Duality now generates when biome overhaul mods are installed. The fix attempted in 2.11.4 was not enough: overhaul mods like No Man's Land replace the underground under their biomes with their own cave biomes, and the temple was checking its spawn biomes at its underground position - where it could never see the surface climate. It now checks the biome at the surface instead. Verified in-game with No Man's Land: the temple generates in bayou areas. Spawn conditions in normal worlds are unchanged, the temple stays as rare as before.
