Dulight's Naruto Addon

I noticed that the other mods didn't work in the client.

I couldn't find what caused the problem so I made a fresh project. So:

- Support for the latest version of Forge 1.19.2

- Now Earthquake Palm doesn't spawn if there isn't ground underneath

- E. P. stops spawning the remaining blocks of the row if one doesn't find ground underneath

- New message for E. P. that can't get casted if you are not close to the ground (few blocks of height)
