Added a new mob called the "Pigeon" which has 10 health.

The Pigeon will spawn in all biomes.

The Pigeon when killed will drop "Pigeon Poop".

Pigeon Poop can be thrown like an egg or snowball and inflict poison 1 for 10 seconds.

(Eventually, poison poop will be dropped roughly 5 - 10 minutes like an egg)
