OpenGL Dual Hand transforms Minecraft’s hand system by adding a fully functional and independent second hand. Instead of relying on the limited vanilla offhand, this mod introduces a new left hand with its own hotbar selector, always visible and capable of performing full actions such as mining, attacking, placing blocks, using items, eating, blocking with shields, and shooting bows.
The hotbar displays two selectors: the vanilla white selector for the right hand and a black selector for the left hand. Both work independently, avoid overlapping the same slot, and can be controlled with number keys, mouse wheel, and configurable shortcuts. By default, holding Alt makes the mouse wheel control the black left-hand selector; releasing Alt makes the mouse wheel return to controlling the white right-hand selector. The left hand uses the item selected by the black selector and visually and functionally replaces the vanilla offhand.
