Dynamic Trees - Biomes O' Plenty

New Features:
+ Added Persimmon tree as dying oak subspecies
+ Added Peach tree as a flowering oak subspecies
+ Added Pear tree as an oak species
+ Added seeds for Poplar and Dark Poplar species
+ Added config settings to disable or enable the features above
+ Populated xeric shrubland and tundra biomes with acacia and maple twiglets
+ Mega Umbran Conifer is now the mega variant of the Umbran Conifer, making it obtainable through the use of a Potion of Gigas

+ Updated water roots to use new model
+ Updated flowering oak to display flowers during felling animation
+ Renamed OakFloweringVine to OakIvyVines (as flowering vines were removed)

+ Fixed jungle twiglets in oasis not having their proper species
+ Fixed missing translation for certain species
+ Fixed tree generator completely replacing generation in swamplands and other biomes instead of adding to them
