Fixes Dragon Survival dragon neck/body rendering issues when using PaperDoll mods and YSM.

What's new
- Added Dragon Survival TACZ Compat integration: guns now display in the paper doll preview (floating / back gun) for tr7zw and Fuzss paper dolls, same as third person. Requires Dragon Survival TACZ Compat installed.
- Added "Paper Doll Human Scale" option (client config, default on): large dragons are scaled down to normal human height in the paper doll so they no longer overflow the screen.
