Drop the Meat

-New textures for Parrot Meat, Squid Meat, Strider Meat, and Turtle Meat.

-Added Red Meat, White Meat, and Monster Meat (both raw and cooked), generic meats that do not get dropped by anything by default, but can be used by modpack creators to add meat to creatures.
