What's new

Fixed a bug when a flare failed to find a place for a light source;
Added `light_source_search_distance` option;
Fixed Client-Side Flare Recharge Bar ticking while the game is paused;
The game won't crash if applying a mixin (needed to disable Survival Flares) fails to boot;
Server's Settings are now broadcasted to clients upon change in runtime.
