+ Custom Parameters for taming items per breed

- Fixed a problem where the proper age scale of a dragon was unknown on the clients thus making them invisible
- Fixed an issue where breeds with special ambient sounds crashed the game (most notably Ghost dragons whenever they attempted to make bone rattles)
- Fixes a fatal crash when hovering over egg items.
