+ Added custom breed parameter "hatch_time" which specifies how long this breeds egg takes to hatch

+ Added the ability to change the points rewarded for satisfying a breed habitat
+ Dragon Egg hatch particles can now be customized
     - Built-In breeds have new particles as well
* Dragon Breeds now rely on Minecraft's registry system, including it's syncing protocols
     - This is an attempt at making breed registration and syncing far more reliable and consistent
* Reduced the amount of points rewarded on some breeds' habitats
* Tweaked the chances of Dragon Egg's spawning in loot (If this feature is enabled in the config)
* Fixed SEVERAL issues:

     - Dragon Egg entities now have an actual display name
     - Dragon Egg transition animations no longer display the wrong particles, and at the wrong position
     - End Dragon eggs no longer change to the fire breed when they are teleported
     - (Hopefully) fixed breed syncing across clients (where there was only the fire breed)
