Dragon Block C Additions

Changelog:

-Added Namekian Tattoo to Orange Form.

-Added a "Tattoo" along with a "Tattoo Color" value in Custom Form creator, allowing the player to add tattoos for custom forms (more tattoos are going to be added in future updates)

-Added a "Next Form" value in Custom Form creator, which allows the player to transform into a Custom Form being already transformed in another one.

-Added a "Form Menu Name" value in Custom Form creator.

-Added a "Tail Color" value in Custom Form creator, the tail color is no longer attached to the hair color. 

-Added a "Kaioken Health Drain" value in Custom Form creator.

-Added a configuration value which allows you to disable the spawn check of DBC Additions NPCs.

-Added a configuration value which allows you to disable Whis teletransportation to Beerus Planet and Universal Arena.

-"Health Drain" value in Custom Form creator is now used for normal Health Drain instead of Kaioken Health Drain. (IMPORTANT! For old Custom Forms use this value in "Kaioken Health Drain")

-Fixed Absorption wouldn't stop when receiving the required amount of damage.

-Fixed Mastery health drain multiplier was not modifying the Kaioken health drain.

-Fixed decimal values were not working in some configuration values (such as Ki Drain).

-Fixed Mystic crash when Racial Skill was over limit.

-Fixed multiplayer rendering bugs

-DNS Custom Form hair now affects majin
