- Updated to Forge 47.4.0
- Added fuel siphoning, achievable by any item modded fluid container
- Added the canister, able to hold a bucket of any fluid
- Added the battery, with a max capacity of 4000 FE
- Updated the list configs so that they actually work
- Road blocks server config now takes an additional value to each entry, representing the speed multiplier. Replaces the old global on-road multiplier

- Ramming into entities now knocks them back
- Vehicles now have their battery actually drained from while driving
