Dracus' DAOT Battle Royale

+added shield potion item, gives 4 hearts of overhealth upon use (can stack 2)

+added /daotbr ready and /daotbr unready commands for players to ready up for battle royale

+added /daotbr start command for operators to override the queue system

+battle royale items will now spawn naturally in all ungenerated chests' loot tables

+added "stages" system to help automate BR process, tracked by a bossbar at the top of the screen. players automatically teleport to the paths dimension upon joining, and are placed in spectator mode when dying.

+players joining a server in the middle of a battle royale will be placed in spectator and teleported to the arena near a living player

+added a message that tells you how many players are within 150 blocks when using the flaregun (still applies glowing effect)

+fixed airdrop timing by making them operate by seconds and not ticks
