Draconic Evolution Render Patcher - 1.20.1

This version is a complete rewrite of the 1.21.1 Render Patcher implementation and shares almost no code with the newer versions.

Because of that, some unexpected edge-case crashes may still happen. If you encounter any issues (including incompatibility with other mods), please report them on Github. 

Includes all fixes currently available in Render Patcher 1.1.3 for 1.21.1.
