Draconic Evolution Render Patcher - 1.20.1

This version is a complete rewrite of the 1.21.1 Render Patcher implementation and shares almost no code with the newer versions.

Because of that, some unexpected edge-case crashes may still happen. If you encounter any issues, please report them on Github.

Includes all fixes currently available in Render Patcher 1.1.3 for 1.21.1.
