In the "True Power, part 1" update:
Attention! Before installing the update, I recommend clearing your inventory to avoid missing items and problems with attributes.
General:
- Fragments of the Ancients - Radiant and Dire, have appeared in the world:
  - To join/change sides, you must find the corresponding crystal of one of the Ancients located throughout the Overworld.
  - The player will not be able to leave the side after joining, only change.
  - The player can change sides no more than once every 30 minutes (can be changed in the config file).
  - All Minecraft mobs and The Shopkeeper remain neutral.
  - Upon joining a side, the player will be added to the corresponding team and the color of his nickname will change.
- Intelligence attribute has been reworked:
  - New variables have been added: Mana, Maximum Mana, Mana Regeneration. Each point of Intelligence gives +6 to Maximum Mana and +0.025 to Mana Regeneration.
  - Intelligence no longer affects the amount of experience a player receives.
- All items that give Strength, Agility, Intelligence, Health, and Attack Speed have been rebalanced. The bonuses of these items have been halved.
- The limits for the attributes of Strength, Agility, and Intelligence have been removed. Trying to limit them caused too many problems, and solving these problems caused even more problems. :(
- Number of item slots (Curios) decreased from 6 to 4.

  - Updated description.
Items:
- 2 new items:
  - Consumables: Clarity, Enchanted Mango.
- Battle Fury:
  - Now provides +1.375 Mana Regeneration.
- Bottle:
  - Regenerate: Now also restores 30 Mana.
- Energy Booster:
  - Now provides +50 Mana.
- Eye of Skadi:
  - Recipe changed: Now requires a second Ultimate Orb instead of Point Booster (7.39).
  - Assembling the item no longer requires a recipe (7.39).
  - No longer provides +5 health (7.39).
  - The bonus to all attributes is now +16.5.
  - Cold Attack: attack speed slowdown is now the same for all targets (7.38b).
  - Cold Attack: other minor changes.
- Healing Salve:
  - The item can no longer be used on other creatures. The function was useless and caused a lot of problems.
  - Updated description.
- Orb of Frost:
  - Cost increased from 250 to 300 (7.39).
  - Frost: attack speed slow became the same for all targets (7.38b).
  - Frost: other minor changes.
- Point Booster:
  - Now gives +35 Mana.
- Refresher Orb:
  - Now gives +4 Mana Regeneration.
  - Reset Cooldowns: now requires 175 Mana.
- Soul Booster:
  - Now gives +85 Mana.
- Tiara of Selemene:
  - Now gives +4 Mana Regeneration.
Runes:
- Regeneration Rune:
  - Now restores Mana.
- Amplify Damage Rune:
  - Updated texture.
Advancements:
- 2 new advancements:
  - "Self unites with Radiant self. For now." (Join the Radiant).
  - "Self bonds with Dire self. For the moment." (Join the Dire).
  - "Which doctor you expecting" has been removed.
Other:
- Updated attribute overlay: added Mana bar.
- Updated icons for most of the effects.
- Added new sounds.
- Updated The Shopkeeper's trading GUI.
- Updated item purchase sound to match the sound from Dota 2.
- Updated textures of some items.
- Added/updated descriptions of some items.
- Added particles for Amplify Damage, Haste and Regeneration Runes' effects.
- Added Health and Mana Regeneration particles for Healing Salve, Tango, Faerie Fire, Bottle, Enchanted Mango and Clarity effects.
- Bounty/Power/Wisdom Rune Generators can now only be obtained with Silk Touch.
- Killing The Shopkeeper no longer gives gold.
- Updated localization files.
- Fixed mod recipes not showing up in the Minecraft recipe book.
- Other minor changes and fixes.
