Added
- Marker option to stop players being able to remove them
- Marker option to stop players customising them
- Marker option to delete marker when player gets within a certain distance
- Marker option to specify type. Mainly for modpack devs or removing all markers of a certain type as an admin
- Two new portal marker textures thanks to [Nekomaster](https://www.curseforge.com/members/nekomaster1000/)!
- New remove marker option to the `/marker` command
- New teleport marker option to the `/marker` command. Has basic teleport safety
- Add config file and options to do stuff
  - `max_markers` allows you to specify the max amount of markers players get
  - `minimumMarkerDistance` the minimum distance between player made markers required
  - `deathMarkers` section for death marker stuff. Look at the wiki
  - `dimensions` allows making a whitelist/blacklist of worlds that markers can be used in

Fixed
- Only one marker can be in focus at once. May not of had any issues but makes sure non pop up
