Account linking never worked in 0.3.0. This release fixes it.

Fixed

• Account linking now works. The code entry box only accepted 16 characters, so pasting a 32 character link code silently dropped half of it and the OK button then appeared to do nothing at all: no message, no closing, no request sent. If linking has never worked for you, this was why.
• A link code the mod can tell is malformed now says so, instead of leaving the dialog sitting there with no explanation.
• The message shown when linking is unavailable now tells you which of the three reasons applies: the mod is switched off, you are not on DonutSMP, or the connection to the backend has not finished yet. Previously all three claimed you were not on DonutSMP.

Nothing else changed. If you are not linking an account there is no reason to update.
