Don't Run With Scissors

Remember being told to not run with scissors while at school because it was "dangerous"? Do you have an itch to just try it out and see what happens? Well if you do you will suffer the consequences. With this mod running with scissors (shears) will damage you or if you take fall damage with them in your hand.

This mod was created because there is the saying "Don't run with scissors" and shears in Minecraft are basically just scissors. Thanks to my friend for this idea!

• Damage while sprinting
• Optional damage while swimming
• Damage when taking fall damage
• Custom death messages
• Config file with damage amount, damage chance, messages etc options
• As of 1.20 with Forge AND Fabric support!!!

Usage

Just install this mod on the server and you're good to go! It is not required on the client.

Requirements

There are no dependencies other than the modloader. As of 1.20 there is now fabric support too!
