Don't Run With Scissors

Fixed

- Fixed inventory not dropping on death from falling on scissors

- Fixed delay on death from scissors

- Scissors in offhand is now detected

Added

- Config and options for configuring: Run damage, chance to take damage on run, chance to die when falling, cancel sprinting and a cancel sprinting message (All while holding scissors)

- Added option to cancel sprinting with scissors

- Custom death message (Currently also triggers "(player) Died" death message, should be fixed soon)

And a code cleanup
