New: Schematics - Spawn in schematics made with Schematica, MCEdit, WorldEdit, etc.

New: Structures - Schematics are a vanilla mechanic and are used Minecraft to spawn some of current structures in the game.

New: Sales - Set a reward to trigger a sale or manually trigger a sale with the new /dh sale command.

Fix: Non-Replaceable Blocks being reset.

Fix: Having multiple items selected in the Config GUI's tables and lists when attempting to delete no longer throws an error.

Fix: Twitch integration no longer connects twice when the config is saved in game.
