What's new

Implemented displaying timers also when they are not running (if specified), updated to NeoForge 20.4.159-beta (see GitHub commit [here](https://github.com/DoctorGMystery/DrGsTimers/commit/d7b31318b4fa6e087fa591825e9653c0e928c29e) for more information)

NOTE: visibility settings for timers wont be able to load, because of changes to the loading/saving functions
