Added a new "Enhance Level Name Position" option: display the "+X" level on either the left or the right of item names. Applies to both enhanced gear and enhance tickets, and reloads instantly when the config is saved.

新增「强化等级名称位置」配置，可选左右显示「+X」，装备与强化券同时生效，保存配置即时热重载。
