-Removed duplicate planets from tardis monitor.

-Removed ghost duplicate dimensions.

-Added new sync packet.

-Fixed critical desync between client and server which caused the player to be teleported to the selected coordinates inside the tardis dimension. (needs more testing but it seems to be working!)
