Description
DISTORT is a horror mod for Minecraft based on the gradual distortion of the gameplay experience.
It does not use jump scares as its primary tool - instead, it changes the player's perception of the game through a state system, visual anomalies, and atmosphere.

The mod implements a panic mechanic that affects what happens in the game.
As panic increases:
Visual and audio distortions intensify
Anomalies begin to appear in the world
Game behavior becomes less predictable
Panic is the key factor that determines the intensity of the effects.

Hidden final scenario.
Activated manually by renaming an item to "001".
Triggers a special sequence that ends the session.
