🔮 DISPERSION 1.1.0 — PATCH NOTES

🔮 This update delivers the long-awaited Slasher class, completely overhauls the control system with a brand-new Stun mechanic, brings back terrifying Possessed Mobs, and introduces fundamental balance and interface improvements. Patch 1.1.0 is a new spiral of madness in the world of Dispersion.

⚔️ NEW CLASS: SLASHER A mobile melee fighter who ignores enemy dodge and chains cascades of abilities through kills. Requirements: STR 20 / AGI 35 / INT 20 / END 35 Passive — Inevitable Blade: All attacks (including abilities) completely ignore enemy dodge.

▶️ Active 1: Slash Cooldown: 8s (6s with Soul Scepter) | Stamina: 100 Instant dash 5 blocks forward. Deals a critical strike (250% physical damage) to all enemies in a 3×5 block area.

▶️ Active 2: Battle Trance Cooldown: 10s (8s with Scepter) | Stamina: 100 Spin for 2.4s, dealing 12 hits of 20% magical damage each. Grants full immunity to negative effects for the duration.

💠 Talents (choose one per tier): Lv30: Sharper Blade (+75% crit damage on Slash) / Crushing Spin (+5% damage per Trance hit) Lv40: Barrier (20% max HP shield during Trance) / Momentum (landing Slash reduces both cooldowns by 2s) Lv50: Kill Chain (kill resets both cooldowns, once per 15s) / Extended Trance (+1.2s duration, up to 18 hits) Lv60: Second Shadow (Slash echoes after 1s with ×1.6 crit) / Flurry (each Trance hit deals +5% more damage than the last)

⚔️ Soul Scepter: Abyss Blade • +60% magic resistance during Battle Trance (ignores cap). • Slash deals +12 bonus damage to players, +4 to mobs; crit multiplier increased by 25%. • Both cooldowns permanently reduced by 2 seconds.

⚡ NEW MECHANIC: STUN Stun is a new type of crowd control that completely immobilizes the target and interrupts spell casts, but does NOT remove already active channeled forms (Artas's Berserk, Druid's Symbiosis etc.). • Stun duration is reduced by negative effect resistance. • Exceptions: Undying's Reversal and Paladin's Divine Shield can be activated even while stunned. Class changes related to Stun: • Doom: passive now stuns for 1.2s instead of slowing. • Mage: Fireball stuns for 2.4s at the epicenter and 0.4s at max radius (6 blocks). Duration decreases linearly with distance from the center. • Breth: Lv60 talent "Ashfall" explosions additionally stun all hit enemies for 0.2s.

👹 POSSESSED MOBS ARE BACK The terrifying mechanic returns! The world grows more dangerous every in-game day. • Any hostile mob has a chance (starting at 1%, +0.1% per game day, cap 20%) to become "Possessed". • A Possessed mob copies the class, attributes, and talents of a random online player. • Upon aggro, the mob uses the class's active ability (once, with a 5s delay). • Endermen have double the chance to be possessed. • Creepers and the classes Alchemist, Breth, Butcher, Druid, Artas are excluded from copying. • Healer mobs cast healing every 20s. • Mage mobs only use Fireball. • Razor mobs don't require an item, use the "iron block" version of their ability, and apply micro-stuns but do not increase damage per hit. Reward: Killing a Possessed mob grants 20× experience + bonus experience based on the mob's health. Possessed mobs are the main source of rapid leveling — and the greatest threat.

💚 HEALER REWORK Healer's active ability has become more dynamic. • Base cooldown: 4 seconds (down from 10). • Repeated-use penalty: each cast within 3 minutes increases the cooldown by +2 seconds. • The accumulated penalty gradually decays over time, rewarding thoughtful healing over mindless spam.

⚖️ Rarity bonuses weakened by 2.5× All attribute bonuses from rarity have been reduced. A full Mythic set now provides a solid boost, not godlike power.

🕐 Gradual stat changes Swapping gear no longer changes stats instantly! Stats change over 4 seconds: • If the attribute change is 4 points or less — by 1 point per second. • If more than 4 — by 25% of the difference per second. This makes builds more deliberate and prevents in-combat gear switching abuse.

🖥️ INTERFACE IMPROVEMENTS • Added a scrollbar to the attribute distribution menu for players with larger GUI scales. • The crafting interface now displays current attributes with bonuses/penalties from gear in real time. • New creative tab for all mod items. • Added a bind to hide the ability cooldown window.

⚖️ BALANCE & ADDITIONAL CHANGES • Durability of all armor pieces (except chainmail) increased by 2×. • Creepers excluded from Possessed mobs. • Stuns from any source interrupt spell casting (Fireball, Doom/Druid/Razor ultimate preparations, etc.). • All castable spells (except Mage abilities) stun the caster during preparation. • Added Chaos Egg configuration options (duration / experience per second) to the config. • Experience Bottle changes: * Duration: 3s → 90s. * Experience bonus: 100% → 10%. * On repeated use, the bonus increases by another 10% (max 40%), and the duration refreshes. • Added a 15s cooldown on Ender Pearl use; taking damage from a player blocks Ender Pearl use for an additional 2s.

🐛 BETA BUG FIXES • Fixed non-functional shift (sneaking). • Fixed inability to swim fast in water. • Fixed half of Mage's abilities not working. • Fixed Doom and Razor being unable to use their ultimates.
