Upgrades the dispenser with the ability to break blocks when it has the required tools
Description
Upgrades the dispensers with the ability to mine blocks.
Just like shears work on a sheep, simply put a pickaxe into the the dispenser and fire it up to break the block in front of it.
This mod tries to follow the rules about which tool can mine which block ( e.g. a stone pickaxe cannot mine diamond ore ) and to take into account the enchantments placed on the tool.
