🧠 What It Does
DimToggle intercepts dimension travel events and checks if the player has permission to enter.
- If authorized, they travel normally.
- If not, the teleport is blocked or redirected back to spawn (based on config).
This makes it perfect for rank-based progression, world staging, or protecting special areas.
