Have you ever been exploring your modded Minecraft world and thought, "huh, I sure wish I could have an alternate way to travel to all of the dimensions so I don't have to make a portal for each individual one." Well if you've ever thought that, then I have just the thing for you! Bat's Forest Workshop is proud to present:

Dimensional Teas is a mod that adds a variety of tasty tea to the game of Minecraft, which once drunk, allows the player to travel in between a plethora of dimensions. While the mod doesn't add any new dimensions, it acts as a forking tool between other mods that do add dimensions. In future versions, I plan to add more teas for more dimensions across the Curseforgeverse, so if you have any suggestions for any teas or dimensions to add, I'm always ready for them. Here are the current mods/dimensions supported:

Getting Started
In order to travel through dimensions, you first need to craft a Dimensional Core followed by a Dimensional Tea Kettle, and lastly a tea cup.

Then, once you fill the Dimensional Tea Kettle with water (similarly to a bucket), you place it on a campfire to boil. Once it's finished, you can use the boiled water to craft the teas. Each tea follows a standard recipe format. The boiled tea kettle at the top, 3 ingredients in the middle, and the empty tea cup in the middle (finally a good use for copper!) Here are some examples:

Tea Effect
After you drink tea, along with being transported to a dimension, you'll also receive the Tea Drinker effect. All this means is that you'll be ensured a safe transport to a dimension regardless of where you end up. Depending on how a dimension is laid out, the tea will either spawn you very high in the air (and will prevent any fall damage upon landing), give you water beathing if you land in water, fire resistance if you land in lava, and explode any blocks (after giving the player a strong resistance) if you spawn inside of a wall. Once you're standing on a stable piece of land, the tea effect will disappear until you drink tea again. What's more is that when you drink the green tea, it will bring you back to your spawn point.
Also, (obviously) if you don't have the mod containing a dimension that aligns with a tea, drinking it won't do anything. The tea and its crafting recipe will however still be in game in case you wish to enjoy just regular tea. I plan to create a config file in the future soon which allows you to disable travel to specific dimensions in case you would just like to treat this mod as just a tea mod.
