- Added a function for adding a DimensionDefinition from the Dimensions file, without a separate script file.
- Added a function for adding a BlockReplacement from a DimensionDefinition/dimension script file without a separate script file.
- Added new preset "Replace_Stone_With_Diamonds" to show off new options, and how to do a very simple block replacement with a single script.
- Removed annoying log message about structures not having a World object. It was so worthless.
- Changed custom portals to act like normal portals, even when teleporting to/from the end. This means they will generate a portal instead of a spawn platform.
- Fixed custom portals occasionally not placing the player in the correct location.
- Fixed custom portals causing experience to disappear.
- Fixed the ender dragon boss bar and end fog not disappearing when leaving the end through a custom portal.
- Fixed block replacements after "BIOME_BLOCK_REPLACEMENT" not properly checking the largest area they can. This means they now work properly for replacing ores/structures, but are a fair bit slower.
