Variant Human: Each feat now gives a debuff as well as a buff

-Charger: No sprinting while ability is on cooldown

-Heavily Armored: 10% speed reduction while full set equipped

-Lightly Armored: 5% speed reduction while full set equipped

-Mobile: 30% increased exhaustion 

-Moderately Armored: 7% speed reduction while full set equipped

-Sentinel: Damage from ranged attacks increased by 50%

-Skilled: Each skill, including starting skill, has its effectiveness halved (besides stealth and sleight of hand)

-Skulker: Only grants invisibility in true darkness, and does not hide armor

-Tough: 30% reduced ranged damage

Half-Elf: Added size ability. They are set between an elf and human in terms of health and how slim they are

Tiefling: Added Feared ability. They can no longer trade with villagers Fixed Brass and Black Dragonborn descriptions descriptions not showing
