What's new

Uf where to begin:

- Added 10 new Re-animations so now we have total of 40 out of 200 re-animated.
- Added 25 mons that can be ridden. 
- Added Pokedex or Digidex entries 
- Re-configured world-spawns for better spawning 
- Re-did some textures due to large gap from 1.20.1 to 1.21.1 
- Updated certain behaviurs to match latest 1.21.1 cobblemon version and many more.
