+ Added a blacklist in the config for items that the player would not want to be used as a tool.
+ Added the '~' and '!' modifiers. These control whether the tool will get damaged or be destroyed entirely respectively.
They are added after the initial left bracket and before the tool registry name. ( i.e. [~minecraft:iron_pickaxe] or [!minecraft:flint] )
- Removed the 'Sneak required' option as it may cause crashes if holding an item or block in hand. Config file will need to be remade!
* Fixed the issue where the player was digging through a block too fast!
