MORE BUGFIXES GRAAAAHHHH

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed King Crimson leaving behind invisible predictions after time erase that blocked attacks.

- Fixed that SHA crash that Rat Roaster posted in #bug-reports 3 times.

- Fixed The World being able to taunt in the stopped time of other The World users.

- Fixed Timestop shader persisting after death in timestop.

Mechanics Changes:

- Added a reminder in chat that The World requires momentum to barrage, if someone tries barraging without it.

- Reverted Killer Queen's first bomb to how it used to function to avoid crashes while I consider rewriting it.

Balance Changes:

- Sheer Heart Attack's explosion range and maximum damage were reduced.

- Sheer Heart Attacks minimum damage was increased.

- Made The World lose momentum slightly faster (this is technically a big fix, when I rewrote momentum I made it drain slower than intended.)
