Clockwork is not an overly flashy hero, but one with extremely complex mechanics.

Changelog:
-Added hit effects for different Time Rays 
-Added flame particle effects for accelerated smelting 
-Added Ben 10 & Ben 23 easter eggs 
-Added highlighted display for time-frozen targets 

Now both 10k and Prototype have smiles

-New Ability: Can fire a ray to recharge other players' watches while accelerated 
-New Ability: Can timeout other players' watches (even Master Control) while slowed 
-New Ability: Can timeout everyone's watches in the surrounding area (even Master Control) 
-New Ability: Remove the target from the current timeline ; if the target is a player, directly remove them from MC timeline  (more damage to mobs, consumes more energy)
-New Abilities: When time is stopped – Ability 1 restores the timeline flow of entities in a small surrounding area ; Ability 2 re-freezes the timeline flow of entities in a small surrounding area ; Ability 4 grants speed up

-Fixed crash caused by time stop in multiplayer 
-Fixed ITO icon display
