Tweaks
Create : Additions' batteries can now be charged with hypercharged/hellbound sand rose (using its overcharged crystal)
Improved compat with Confluence : Otherworld, Spore and Phayriosis
Sand slabs are still not removed by the corruption/crimson/hallow because there is no conversion tag to air in Confluence
Added a new quirk to hypercharged sand roses : provocative
Quirks were introduced in 0.42 but where not in the changelog
Added an option to control natural wind gusts' spawning
Added an option to more precisely control if the infection is enabled
Water may still dry up a little regardless (if it were already drying before).
The nameless altar will keep shooting end rod particle while ritual marker(s) are still active

The villager prevents wind gusts from breaking blocks, some of the mod's block prevent sand piling by wind gusts.
The 1.21.1 Millénaire versions are available on their discord I think
Added a temporary (?) fix the Phayriosis's damage source
Probably due to phayriosisreborn:wasconverted damage type not having the attacker (nor source) entity specified
Added basic compat with Flowing Fluids
Probably some "edge" cases here and there
Added very basic compat with Confluence : Otherworld
For now : just added some blocks to tags so they get dried properly (?)
