Spawns rarely on weathered sandstone
(Weak) Infected mobs are now a bit weakened under daylight in the desert (can be disabled)

Added basic compat with Millénaire
The villager prevents wind gusts from breaking blocks, some of the mod's block prevent sand piling by wind gusts.
The 1.21.1 Millénaire versions are available on their discord I think
Added a temporary (?) fix the Phayriosis's damage source
Probably due to phayriosisreborn:wasconverted damage type not having the attacker (nor source) entity specified
Added basic compat with Flowing Fluids
Probably some "edge" cases here and there
