What's new
- Added `defaultResourcePacks` option, as a more stable alternative to a default `options.txt`
- Some launchers manage the `options.txt` on their own, and it becomes unclear whether its initial state is intended by the user or not.
- With resource packs being separated out into its own option, they can now be managed by Default Options without interfering with an existing `options.txt`.
