Death log screen

• Delete selected death: first click arms (confirm / red), second within 3 seconds removes it and rewrites deathlogplus/deaths.json. Changing selection disarms. Disabled when nothing is selected
• Keyboard navigation: Up / Down / Home / End (list auto-scrolls to keep selection visible)
• Two-line list rows (timestamp over cause); list ~30% width (clamped)
• Detail pane: date as heading; Cause / Location / Experience as label + value. Empty state: “Select a death on the left.”
• Footer: Delete + Done
• Inventory snapshot hides when the window is too small to fit the grid

Loaders / versions

• Added: Fabric 1.19.2, Forge 1.21.1, Forge 1.21.11, Fabric 26.2, NeoForge 26.2
• Dropped: 26.1 / 26.1.1 / 26.1.2 (Fabric & NeoForge)
• Architectury API is now required on Fabric and NeoForge (Forge jars do not use it)
• Fabric API is a hard dependency on all Fabric jars

Storage path, JSON schema, /deaths, and the unbound open-log keybind are unchanged. Existing 1.0.2 logs should load.
