Meet the auditor! a new mob that will stalk you for payment, the more you progress through the game the worse it'll get!

What this mod currently adds:
- The auditor: A dangerous mob that will appear every few minecraft days and ask the player for payment, the more you progress through the game (advancement based) the more often it'll appear and the higher the price it'll ask. If you ever left auditor unpaid for a considerable time it'll turn hostile and try to kill you.
- Fully configurable "tax" system: Change the item used for payment, price increase, time between spawns, advancements that trigger the auditor (and a lot of other things too!). You want something that fits better your modpack? It's very easy to do.
