Death Angels

Additions:
-added gamerule for natural spawning (true/false)
-added functionality to disable the block breaking of the death angels when (mob griefing) is disabled
-when death angels start Hearing anything, theyll destroy blocks around them (only if mob griefing is on) to reduce the death angels beeing stuck
-added broken Shield (when a Shield breaks this Shield is the rest that survived and can be repaired with iron)
-death angels will now hit shields out of your Hand (only leaving a broken Shield on the ground)
-added new advancements
-fixed an issue where your cat wouldnt become Frodo when Name with a capital letter in front
-added death angel egg (hatching a tameble death angel)
