Deadly Book

Requires Minecraft 1.7.10 and Forge 10.13.4.1517+.

This mod adds no Items, Blocks nor any crafting recipe. It is perfect to troll your friends with by placing it in their mods folder and let it go ;)

Or add some difficulty and tension to your adventures by possible immediate death's or a valuable Enchanted Books, or maybe you can use it for map building.

There is also an 'incognito' version that hides it's real name up for download. That one is called "Deadly Book mod-<version> Hidden.jar". You can change that name to anything you like as long as you keep the ".jar". In the in game mods information it will be displayed as "Forge Plugin+".

Features:

Every Enchanted Book you find in Mine shafts Dungeons or Strongholds can explode and kill you with a chance of 10% (only when you take it in your inventory).
When right clicked in creative and given to a non-creative player it will explode him for sure
There is no method to determine whether a book is deadly or not
With version 1.1 you can use a command to make every item explosive (creative only)

Use the new command by typing:

/tagExplode (add/remove) (all)

The brackets are containing optional arguments and should not be typed.

No Argument will act like the 'add' argument:

'add' will add the explosive tag and makes the currently held item deadly
'remove' will remove the deadliness from the currently held item
'all' will add or remove the deadliness of all items in your inventory

This mod is in beta because I had not enough time to test it's functionality in all possible configurations.

I tested it but there might be bugs with crafting enchanted book in an anvil.
