Added and removed some configs, mainly allowing you to adjust the clock much more, which is very cool. Additionally, added config to display on server join every time or only once. Cheers @myrukun!

Finally, the render should not be cut off by the chat bar and should render below many UI elements. The `/dgb display` command should follow the config, displaying the seven-segment display and/or the clock as well.
